Enjeux topologiques et topographiques de la cartographie du Web: Le cas du patrimoine culturel immatériel français
Abstrat
En 2003, l'UNESCO a approuvé la Convention pour la sauvegarde du patrimoine culturel immatériel. Bien que les États nationaux restent les interlocuteurs principaux de l’UNESCO, la Convention
reconnait à des nombreux autres acteurs un rôle fondamental dans la conservation de ce patrimoine. Les traditions orales et les pratiques culturelles sont créés et soutenues par des réseaux vastes et complexes d’institutions, associations, organisations non gouvernementales, groupes et même de simples citoyens. La cartographie du Web s’avère une méthode particulièrement adaptée pour l’étude des relations entre ces acteurs en prenant en compte à la fois leurs connexions et leur positionnement spatial. Cet article vise à approfondir, en particulier, l’usage des concepts de topographie et topologie dans ce type de représentation.
